Challenge Registration Process
STEP 1: Register
Churches register their group with a new EFCA platform.
- You will not need to know any previous log in information from registrations past.
- You will need the following information, at minimum, to start the registration process:
- Church Name
- Church Address
- Group size (approximate or actual)
A nonrefundable deposit of $100/person is due at time of registration. Balances must be paid in full by June 13.
Registration for outreach is also done through this registration form. Outreach is one of the afternoon activities available during Challenge and require pre-registration. For more information on these activities, please visit our Schedule & Activities page.
If you didn’t register for outreach during your initial Challenge registration and you want to sign up, log back into your registration account and update your registration by June 6.
STEP 2: Confirmation Packet
After registering for Challenge, your group’s main contact will receive an email with a confirmation packet, which provides important information to help them prepare for Challenge, such as a checklist of action steps and critical dates.
STEP 3: Hotel Reservation
After registering for Challenge, your group’s main contact receive—via the confirmation packet—important hotel information, including instructions for booking hotel rooms.
Hotel reservations must be made by June 6.
We will charge a $150/room fee for rooms that are dropped after June 9. The fee will be added to your balance due.
The following is a list of Challenge hotels and our special group rate (per room per night). Hotel bookings are first-come-first-served. Rooms sleep up to four people.

STEP 4: Release & Waiver Form
Everyone attending Challenge must complete our online release and waiver of liability agreement form no later than June 13.
For students, a parent or legal guardian signature is required.
Youth leaders should provide the following information to parents and leaders, which is needed to complete the waiver:
- Main youth leader’s name, cell phone, and email address
- Church ID number (registration found in your confirmation email), name, city, and state.
It is the group’s responsibility to track that all students and leaders complete the waiver. We will not track submissions. At onsite registration the first day of Challenge, a leader from the group is required to sign a form saying each member of their group has completed the waiver.
There is no need to bring paper copies to Challenge. Each youth leader can bring copies for their own benefit, but we will not collect these forms onsite.
