Registration is open!

COVID-19 Update

Challenge 2020 will continue as scheduled until additional information becomes available. We have a team monitoring the situation closely, and the health and safety of all attendees remain among our highest priorities.

Official statements by the EFCA national office regarding the status of Challenge will be made via efca.org, EFCA and Challenge social media platforms, and the Challenge Update newsletter. To subscribe to the newsletter, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

As we continue to follow the direction of local and national governments and health organizations, join us in praying for the health, peace and comfort for all those affected by this pandemic. Pray also that God would provide wisdom and discernment to all those in key leadership and decision-making roles.

Registration Process

1. Register on UltraCamp

Churches register their group through a website called UltraCamp with an account we’ve created for them.

  • If you don’t remember your login information, please open UltraCamp and follow their “Forgot your login information?” prompts.
  • If your church doesn’t yet have an UltraCamp account, please submit our account request form.

If you’re new to UltraCamp or need some refreshers on how to navigate the site, register, and make updates to your registration, please download our UltraCamp How-To Guide.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100/person is due at time of registration.

Balances must be paid in full by June 22.

Outreach and Apex Experience Registration

Registration for outreach and Apex Experience is also done through UltraCamp. Outreach and Apex Experience are two of the afternoon activities available during Challenge and require pre-registration. For more information on these activities, please visit our Schedule & Activities page.

If you didn’t register for these options during your initial Challenge registration and you want to sign up, please fill out our registration change form.

2. Confirmation Packet

After registering for Challenge, your group’s main contact (as listed in UltraCamp) will receive a Confirmation Packet, which provides important information to help them prepare for Challenge.

3. Hotel Reservation

After registering for Challenge, your group’s main contact (as listed in UltraCamp) will receive via the Confirmation Packet instructions for booking hotel rooms. Hotel reservations must be made by June 6.

The following is a list of hotels with which we’ve contracted room blocks. Hotel bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. Rooms sleep up to four people.

  • Aladdin  |  $134-$154/night
  • Crowne Plaza  |  $132/night
  • Sheraton Crown Center  |  $140/night
  • Westin Crown Center  |  $140/night

4. Waiver/ Permission Form

Everyone attending Challenge must complete our online waiver/permission form no later than June 22.

For students, a parent or legal guardian signature is required.

Youth leaders should provide the following information to parents and leaders, which is needed to complete the waiver: main youth leader’s name, cell phone, and email address; church ID number, name, city, and state.

It is the group’s responsibility to track that all students and leaders complete the waiver. We will not track submissions. At onsite registration the first day of Challenge, a leader from the group is required to sign a form saying each member of their group has completed the waiver.

There is no need to bring paper copies to Challenge. Each youth leader can bring copies for their own benefit, but we will not collect these forms onsite.

Lodging ($140-$180/person for the week)

  • 5 nights at a hotel within walking distance of the convention center
  • Pricing depends on which hotel is secured and assumes 4 people/room. (Hotels do not allow more than 4 people/room unless it is a suite.)
