Jeff is a pastor, speaker, author, and founder and visionary leader of Saturate and the Soma Family of Churches. He serves as a teaching pastor and Director of Missional Communities at Doxa Church in Bellevue, Washington. Additionally, Jeff supports church planting globally through training and as a member of the Advisory Board of Multiply. A native of Houston, Texas, John was born into a Nigerian home where the gospel was deeply cherished and excellently modeled. After graduating from college, he studied at Dallas Theological Seminary. He’s served at churches in both Texas and Georgia and in 2015 moved into the Historic West End in Atlanta to help plant Cornerstone Church with his best friends. He and his wife, Shawndra, have been married since 2007. They welcomed their daughter, Ava, in 2017. They are eager to see the hope of the gospel restore a sense of family, dignity, and hope to their neighborhood through their local church of ordinary people.
Justin Wevers is the National Director for Student Ministries for the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA). Justin earned an undergraduate degree in history at University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Justin and his wife, Amanda, have three girls – Maidson, Evelyn, and MJ. He enjoys basketball, hip hop, and long walks in Wisconsin.
Kempton Turner was born dead in his trespasses and sins. He lived a sinful life as a child of God’s wrath. But God made Kempton alive (as a teenager) through the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ! Kempton was raised in East St. Louis, Illinois, but spent most of his life in Houston, Texas. He served on the pastoral staff at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before being sent out to plant City of Joy Fellowship, a new church in his hometown of East St. Louis. Kempton is happily married to Caryn, his childhood sweetheart, and the Lord has blessed them with five young children: Christian, Carysse, Kalia, Caleb and Kellan.
Stephen Love was born in South Bend, Indiana, and spent the first half of his childhood there. Stephen met his wife, Mandy, in 7th grade in Vernon Hills, Illinois. He and Mandy have been married since 2010 and have four children: Stephen Jr., Elias, Jade, and Simeon. Stephen received a B.A. in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute, an M.A. in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Master’s Certificate in History from the University of Oxford, England. He accepted the call to preach the gospel in 2002. Since then, he has been active in ministry. Stephen now serves as Church Planter Resident at Gospel City Church in Granger, Indiana, and will be planting a church in South Bend, Indiana, in the fall of 2020.
Vasek Andrs hails from Czech Republic. He is a pastor of a church that he helped plant five years ago in a highly atheistic environment. He is also helping create a network that plants more churches in Czech Republic. Vasek is married to Lida and has a daughter, Anna Grace.
